No, you can only use one promotional discount per order. However, a discount code and free shipping costs above 15 euros can be used in combination.
All our shipments are made with Track & trace. For example, you can track your order with the code we will send you. And we also keep an eye on whether everything is going well. In the Netherlands we usually use DHL as a carrier, to European countries this is DPD.

If you order from us before 10.30 pm, you can expect your order to be delivered the next working day. We do everything we can to ship your order the same day. However, it can be busy with the carriers. Then the package can sometimes be delayed by a day. We therefore ask for your patience. If you have not received your order within three working days, please contact us.

As soon as you have placed and paid for an order, we will ensure you that it is immediately packed and processed. It is then offered to the carrier, who collects packages several times a day. For that reason, once a fee has been charged, we unfortunately cannot reverse this process. If you are not satisfied with your item or if you no longer need it, you can return it to us (up to 30 days after receipt). You can do this using our return service for a full refund of your purchase amount within 5 working days of receiving your return.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. As soon as it has arrived and processed administratively, we will pay the purchase amount, including return shipping costs, within 5 working days. You bear the costs of return. To return:
1. Return the original (opened) packaging with contents.
2. Enclose your original packing slip with the packaging mentioned, stating your IBAN (bank account number) and its name.

With Klarna you only pay for what you keep. If you return all or part of your order, Klarna will send you a new statement once the online store has processed your return. For example, if you ordered two items for a total of 50 euros and returned one item of 30 euros, your new statement amount will be 20 euros and your new statement has an expiration date.

Studeerpil consists exclusively of safe and natural ingredients. Our product is produced in the Netherlands, under strict pharmaceutical supervision. The ingredients in Studeerpil are checked in advance for quality, hygiene and origin. Then the ingredients are mixed in the correct proportions and filled in a vegetarian capsule or compressed into a tablet. The Studeerpil meets the conditions of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
Caffeine can stimulate the gut, especially if you take it on an empty stomach. So you may have to go to the toilet more often. In that case, we recommend that you take the Studeerpil with a meal, instead of before a meal. This is also recommended if you are sensitive to caffeine.
Can I use Studeerpil every day?
Studeerpil can be used daily. We do, however, recommend taking a break from time to time when using the Studeerpil. You can build up a tolerance for caffeine, which can decrease the effect.
- How old do I have to be to use Studeerpil?
We recommend using Studeerpil from the age of 16.
- How should I take the tablets or capsules?
The capsules and tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of water.
- After how much time does it work?
After 30 to 60 minutes. There is therefore no need for a build-up phase.
- How many capsules / tablets should I take?
You can take 1 to 2 capsules or tablets per dose. We recommend starting with 1 capsule / tablet.
Unfortunately we do not supply samples.
No, if you do not want to create an account with us, we have the option to pay as a guest. All we need is your contact and shipping information. Creating an account does of course have advantages, such as not having to fill in your details every time.
